Payments:

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Discover
  • American Express
  • Paypal

Do you accept checks? 

We do not accept checks or any other form of mail in payment.

How about international credit cards?

Sorry, we do not.

Then how the heck can I purchase?!

Fear not! Though we don't accept international credit cards, if you intend to use one, there is still a way. Simply choose the Paypal checkout method and select "Pay With a Credit or Debit Card".

Ordering:

Oops, I made a mistake. Can I change something on my order?

We get it. We're all human. We can't be perfect all the time. And if one of those times happens to be after you have placed an order with us, we will do all that we can to fix the problem. But, please, contact us with your issue WITHIN 24 HOURS after ordering, after that time, there is nothing we can do to change the order.

Damn you guys are fast, my order already has shipped, what can I do?

Firstly, thank you, it is a goal of ours to be as fast as humanly possible when it comes to fulfilling your order and getting it on your doorstep. If the error isn't realized in time and the order has already been shipped, simply wait until you recieve the order, send it back over to us, and we'll make the exchange no problem! You want to be able to wear your new gear as soon as possible, right? So please make sure to ALWAYS double check your order before finalizing.

Returns and Exchanges:

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Of course we do! It is our duty to make sure that any item you snag from our shop is exactly as you expect it to be. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return or exchange your item(s) as long as your return meets the following requirements:

  • All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in brand new re-sellable condition with tags and original packaging.
  • Items for return or exchange need to be free of the following:  
      • Deodorant Stains
      • Smoke or Perfume Scents
      • Rips or Tears
      • Stains of Any Kind

Cool! So how do I go about returning/exchanging?

If you are in need of a return or exchange, email us at forgettheflock@hotmail.com with the headline "Return/Exchange", we'll get the info on your order, then walk you through the steps to complete the process.

I sent my return/exchange. Will you let me know when you get it?

Absolutely! We'll send you an email after your items have been received and another once your new item has shipped out. IMPORTANT NOTE: When sending back a return/exchange, ALWAYS opt for tracking of the package. That way, if the package gets lost on its way back to us, someone will be able to track it down. If you decide not to add tracking to your package and we fail to receive it, we will be unable to exchange/refund.

Shipping:

I've just placed my order, about how long should it take to receive?

Generally, all orders ship out within 1-2 business days. This time, however, may be slightly longer at times of high volume (i.e. Popular design, holiday, etc). Most U.S. orders will arrive at your door within 5-12 days after the order date. International shipping times will be longer, usually between 16-21 days after the order date.

Do you offer tracking? How much does it cost?

Yes, we do offer tracking with every single order, and the cost? FREE!
